  • Ana Hilde, MD MPH

    Medical Director

Dr. Ana brings a deeply personal and compassionate approach to her work as a physician, shaped by both lived experience and diverse professional training. Raised in rural Oregon, Ana’s early struggles with anxiety, depression, and substance use informed her lifelong commitment to mental health and recovery.

Her career path began with community work—from volunteering in a rural health clinic in El Salvador to supporting houseless individuals with severe mental illness and addiction in Los Angeles. These experiences fueled her determination to address systemic gaps in care and led her to earn both her MD and MPH from Oregon Health & Science University.

After navigating her own recovery journey during medical training, Ana developed a strong interest in addiction treatment systems and care effectiveness. Today, she is passionate about working with adolescents facing mental health and substance use challenges and is committed to developing innovative, responsive systems of care across Oregon.

As Medical Director at Haven, Ana integrates evidence-based practices with a person-centered philosophy, helping each patient find the best path forward based on their unique story, strengths, and needs.

Outside of work, Ana enjoys spending time with her daughter, gardening, making art, and exploring the outdoors.

I believe youth deserve care that is easy to access, comfortable, and in sync with their communities. I live in SE Portland with my family of amazing humans and animals.  I have been a licensed mental health and chemical dependency therapist for 12 years and I feel truly hopeful about where the field of psychology is growing as well. I am grateful to be part of the Haven team and aim to treat patients with the same love and consideration I would want for my own children.  We are all family.

  • Stephanie Burk

Addictions Supervisor, CADC II, CRM II

With a passion shaped by personal experience and professional dedication, Stephanie brings empathy, resilience, and authenticity to her work as an addictions counselor. She believes in the power of recovery and the strength that can emerge from life’s most challenging moments. Her mission is to help clients, especially adolescents, uncover their potential, develop healthier coping strategies, and build lives rooted in purpose, connection, and healing.

A proud Northeast Portland native and graduate of Washington-Monroe High School, Stephanie was a vibrant student —cheerleader, prom queen, volleyball player, and jazz ensemble singer. She earned a vocal jazz scholarship to Mt. Hood Community College, but her journey took a turn during high school when she began experimenting with alcohol. What followed was a 16-year battle with alcoholism that altered the course of her early adulthood.

Despite not having a visible family history of addiction, Stephanie came to understand through her own recovery that the disease ran deeper than she knew. Her sobriety journey, which began on August 5, 1997, has become one of the most important achievements of her life. It not only transformed her health and spirit, but also ignited a calling to help others find their way to recovery.

In 2009, after the tragic loss of her beloved son Austin, she returned to school with a renewed sense of purpose. Austin’s creative spirit and dreams of becoming a writer and director continue to inspire her to live with meaning and intention. Through immense grief, she learned that emotions—no matter how painful—are survivable, and that recovery is possible even in the face of unimaginable loss.

Since starting her professional counseling career in 2010, [Your Name] has specialized in working with adolescents and families affected by substance use. Her approach is rooted in compassion, education, and empowerment. She helps young people understand the impact of addiction on the mind, body, and spirit, and encourages them to explore new solutions, make healthier choices, and discover their inner resilience.

Drawing on both clinical training and lived experience, [Your Name] offers a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. She tailors treatment to each individual's unique journey and is committed to planting seeds of hope that can grow into lifelong recovery.

Outside of her work, Stephanie is most proud of her three children—Tyler, Lexie, and her angel Austin. Tyler is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Aero-Tech Engineering, and Lexie earned her Master of Science degree in 2022. She credits her family, her sobriety, and her clients for keeping her grounded and inspired.

She still loves all things sparkly, believes in the magic of puppy kisses, and previously worked as a cosmetologist and certified personal trainer. Today, she brings all those facets of herself into her work—proof that recovery isn’t just about surviving, but about reclaiming joy, purpose, and identity.

  • Collin Wright

    Collin Wright

Addictions and Mental Health Therapist, LCSW, CADC II

My experience as therapist began over 11 years ago working with adolescents in a residential treatment program. Through my experience at that program I found my passion for working with youth. As my children have grown older and had their own needs for support I learned how challenging it can be to find providers with availability. After 10 years of experience working with adults struggling with substance use and mental health needs I’m reconnecting with first professional experience. People of any age deserve access to the support they need, and being able to provide therapeutic services to youth is something I’m proud to be a part of.

My therapeutic approach focuses on building a connection full of mutual respect and trust. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches with a focus on humanistic, mindfulness based, and motivational interviewing to help clients find their own intrinsic motivations for the change they desire.
