Licensed clinicians provide personalized, evidence-based mental health counseling for teens, parents, families, & individuals navigating challenges like school stress, anxiety, depression, self-worth & belonging, trauma, relationship issues, grief, life transitions, & more. • Substance Use Support

Our counselors understand that substance use often intersects with trauma, stress, or underlying mental health conditions. We approach each client with empathy & without judgment. Whether a client’s goal is harm reduction, moderation, or full recovery, we work collaboratively to develop a treatment plan that aligns with their values and readiness for change.

  • School Coordination

We work closely with schools to support students facing emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges. Whether it’s participating in IEP or 504 Plan meetings, providing clinical input, or helping bridge communication between families & schools, our goal is to ensure students receive consistent, supportive care across settings.

  • Medication Management

Counselors play a key role in ensuring the best possible outcomes through integrated medication support. While we do not prescribe medications directly, we work closely with prescribing providers—such as psychiatrists, primary care physicians, or psychiatric nurse practitioners—to ensure clients receive coordinated, effective care.

  • Harm Reduction

We believe in using a compassionate, judgment-free approach to harm reduction — meeting clients where they are in their journey toward wellness. Counselors work collaboratively with individuals who may be navigating substance use, self-harm, or other high-risk behaviors, focusing on reducing immediate harm while building trust and supporting long-term goals.

Clients identify safer strategies, explore underlying emotional triggers, & move toward healthier choices at a safe and sustainable pace. This client-centered model respects autonomy and promotes dignity by empowering individuals to make meaningful changes without fear of stigma or shame.
